Our company is looking for a creative Business Development Executive with a strong personality & a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out field.
A Day in the life of Business Development Manager (Interior Fit-Out) :
- Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s Business sales targets.
- Encourage new Business Principal Relationships and secure collaborative business partnerships.
- Identify high potential areas and key growth drivers for diversification (both product and geographic) and implement suitable strategies to promote organizational growth.
- Work across different teams to implement growth strategies.
- Create business proposals, sales pitches, presentations and contracts required as per the Business.
- Remain up to date with the current Market trends.
- Maintain and expand good relationships with the Clients.
- To understand the legal requirement of the tender for Interiors Fit-out and manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
What we Require :
- 5 years of relevant experience in UAE Interior Fit Out Business.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Goal oriented and works well under pressure.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Accountin /Marketing or equivalent.
- Confidence and credibility in networking with firm clients or prospective clients.
- Must be “Well Connected” and have existing relationships & connections with End Users, Commercial Agents, Landlords, Consultancies, Surveyors, Developers, Architects and Interior Designers.
